What is Workinspace?

Workinspace offers you the choice of a wide range of workstations where you can work remotely. Choose from coffee shops, private spaces in private homes, shared workspaces and much more.

Finding Spaces

How do I find a space?

Space seekers can browse work spaces freely on their homepage.

By allowing your location, all work spaces nearby you will display on your homepage.

Customised searches are also possible.

Listing Spaces

How do I list my space?

We've made listing your space quick and easy with Google Places integration:

  1. Click on the "Claim your space" search input on the homepage.
  2. Start typing your space's address - we'll automatically find and suggest matching locations from Google Places.
  3. Select your space from the suggestions to auto-fill essential details.
  4. Add a few additional details to personalize your listing and make it stand out.
  5. Click "Submit" to complete your listing.

Benefits of Google Places Integration:

  • Automatic address verification and formatting
  • Pre-filled business information
  • Accurate location data for better visibility
  • Seamless setup process - get listed in minutes

Important Notes:

  • If your space isn't found on Google Places, you can still list it manually.
  • You can add photos, amenities, and other details after your listing is approved.

How do I view, edit, pause or remove a listing?

To manage your listing:

  1. Go to your menu bar and select "Account".
  2. Select "View listed spaces".
  3. Select the work space you want to manage.
  4. A listing options panel will appear, allowing you to "edit", "pause" or "remove" your workspace.

Notes:

  • If you "pause" your listing, it will be temporarily hidden from the homepage until you unpause it.
  • Removing a listing will permanently delete it from both the homepage and your account.
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when your listing is removed.
  • If you don't receive an email immediately, please check your spam folder!

Account Management

How do I sign in to my account?

We use a secure, passwordless authentication system. To sign in:

  1. Go to the menu bar and select "LOG IN".
  2. Enter your email address in the provided field.
  3. Click "Send Login Link".
  4. You'll see a confirmation message: "Check your email for a login link".
  5. Open your email and click the secure login link we sent you.
  6. You'll be automatically signed in and redirected to your account.

Important Notes:

  • Each login link is unique and can only be used once.
  • If you don't have an account yet, we'll automatically create one for you when you first sign in.
  • If you don't receive the login link within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.
  • For security reasons, login links expire after 24 hours.

Is Workinspace free?

Yes, Workinspace listings are free.

I'm looking for space but have not signed up. Why can I not see a listed workspace's full details?

To view the listed work spaces full details, please sign up.

There are three ways in which you can contact us:

  • If you have downloaded the APP, go to the menu bar and select CONTACT. Complete and submit the form.
